WHY PATIENTS + PROFITABILITY™ EXISTS

Our mission: build a trusted community where every stakeholder learns from one another and collaborates on solutions that improve the patient journey.

Patients and profitability are not competing priorities. Sustainable innovation depends on both.

PATIENTS + PROFITABILITY™

What 25 Years Taught Me About Patients and Profitability

Every Prescription Begins With Hope.

A provider writes a prescription believing it will help a patient. A patient leaves the office believing treatment is on the way.

Yet every year, millions of prescriptions never become therapy.

Some are lost to insurance barriers, affordability challenges, or administrative complexity — some simply because nobody knew where they exited the journey.

For more than twenty-five years, I've worked at the intersection of pharmaceutical finance, patient access, commercialization, and operational strategy — and I've seen the same reality repeatedly:

Patients are lost long before therapy begins.

Manufacturers struggle to understand where profitability is leaking across increasingly complex commercialization models. These are not separate problems — they are two sides of the same system.

Patients + Profitability™ was created to help organizations understand both.

Improving patient outcomes and improving commercial performance should never be competing objectives. The organizations that succeed understand where patients are lost, where profitability leaks, and how to solve both together.

That is the work. That is the mission.

That is Patients + Profitability™.
