The Enterprise Commercialization Operating System

Learn. Align. Transform.

Three pathways that close the gap between what happens to patients and what appears in the ledger. Take one, or take them in order.

The category read

Before a curriculum is chosen, a lab is booked or an engagement is scoped, there is a prior question. What is actually observable in this category, and does the forecast rest on any of it? The read answers that from outside your own data, because in Phase 1 there is no inside data to answer it with.

Rule 01 · One question, not a discovery

A category or molecule, the lifecycle phase you are in, and the single question the organization keeps returning to without an answer everyone believes.

Rule 02 · None of your data

Nothing is uploaded, integrated or prepared. The system does not generate facts. It resolves a question against a governed relational store, and returns retrieved values, each with lineage back to the source.

Rule 03 · Before the scope, not after

It is produced at compute cost and usually comes back before anything is priced, so it can be used to decide whether to proceed at all.

If you have not launched yet

The decisions that set Gross-to-Net are made in Phase 1, and the data that would inform them arrives in Phase 2. Your First Launch sets out what that gap costs an emerging company and what closes it.

If you launched this quarter

Signals arrive in a fixed order and the loudest arrive first. Your First Ninety Days sets out which of them can carry a decision at day 30, 60 and 90, and which cannot yet.

NaviCuris is a representative proprietary database, indicative and not exhaustive of the larger data universe. It holds no diagnosis coding of any kind. Anything requiring diagnosis-level identification sits in a licensed and layered tier rather than the platform.

The Two Sides of the Vinyl™

One curriculum, three perspectives, plus a bonus track. Eighteen sessions: six on Side A, six on Side B, five on The 12″ EP, and the bonus track. Each stands alone, and Sides A and B pair by topic rather than by track number.

Sides A and B are one record. The 12″ EP is its own pressing, because government price is a different question rather than a deeper cut of the same one, and S1 is the single. The lines are the actual pairings: A2 answers to B3, A4 to B6, A5 to B4. Only one pair shares a track number, which is why the curriculum is sold by side rather than by session.

Side A · Patients™

Written for commercial teams and sequenced along The 10 Exits of Therapy™. Side A counts.

Side B · Profitability™

Written for finance teams and sequenced along The 5 Layers of GTN™. Side B prices what Side A counted.

The 12″ EP · Pricing™

Follows the transaction into government price. A different question entirely, so it is taught as its own side.

S1 · The Bonus Track

One session, sold on its own, and the eighteenth in the curriculum.

Narrated, self-guided

Recorded narration on every slide, advancing automatically, with progress tracking, engagement checks, the final assessment and the certificate.

Instructor-led

Delivered live, in the room or virtually, from the same slides and speaker notes, with live polling, the applied exercise and Q&A.

Continuing professional education. Accreditation is pending, with anticipated credit of 2.0 per session and 36.0 across the full curriculum, subject to accreditation.

Pathway 03 · Align

Two ways in. One discipline.

Executive rooms where positions get taken and owners get named. Which door you come through depends on whether you are building the system or repairing one.

Rule 01 · Decisions, not education

Measured by what was decided in it, never by what was presented.

Rule 02 · No platform required

Strike any platform from the scope and the output list must survive.

Rule 03 · Sequence is the product

A room that has not accepted the premise cannot make the decision that rests on it.

Which track you are in is a fact about where the product sits, not a preference.

The four phases are defined in full on the Library.Product Lifecycle Phases →

Track 01

Design · four rooms between an idea and a launch plan

Phase 1
An unformed commercial positionLab 1 · Patient OpportunityWho the patient is, how you find them, who owns each transition.1Hands forward: the patient, and their path.Lab 2 · Distribution ArchitectureHow the product reaches the patient, and what each route can see.2Hands forward: the routes, and what each can see.Lab 3 · Leakage ArchitectureWhere it leaks, who owns each seam, what goes into the contracts.3Hands forward: the seams, and their owners.Lab 4 · Launch ReadinessWhat gets measured, what stays dark, and where the resources go.4A launch execution planOUT OF ORDER = REWORK

The arrows are prerequisites, not transitions. You cannot find the leaks in a path you have not drawn. That is why the sequence is the product.

Track 02

Re-Align · the brand is already in market

Phases 2 to 4

The channel exists, the vendors are contracted, the money is already being spent.

Re-Align ends at the line. Blurring assessment into execution is how a recommendation ends up with no owner.

Every Lab is contracted individually. You can stop after any one.
